Terms of sale

Version of 2026-10-19

1. The seller

M28 Ventures SRL / BV Nom commercial · Handelsnaam · Trading as: Nexus Ventures Tir aux Pigeons 22, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Belgique BCE / KBO / TVA — BTW — VAT: BE 0683.940.268 hello@hopla6.be

Hopla6 is an online practice service for the end-of-primary exams in Belgium (CEB and Vlaamse toetsen), available at hopla6.be and app.hopla6.be.

2. Who these terms are for

The subscription is taken out by an adult with parental responsibility for the child or children who will use the service. The child buys nothing and is never shown a price in the app.

3. The plans

Discovery — free, with no time limit and no payment card: 2 rounds of questions a day per child, the step-by-step explanation after every mistake, challenge mode, one child per account.

Family — €69,99 a year, Belgian VAT included: unlimited practice and challenge mode, up to 3 children on one account. The parent area (progress, weak spots, weekly summary), the explanations, the tutor and the revision planner are included in both plans.

Teacher — free, with no time limit, for a teacher and their classes.

Every newly created account gets 7 days of full access, with no payment card and no commitment. After those 7 days the account carries on free of charge on the Discovery plan.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, Belgian VAT included. Payment is made online by card through Stripe Payments Europe; Hopla6 stores no card details.

The invoice is emailed to the account address and stays available in the subscription management area.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

The Family subscription runs for one year and renews automatically from year to year, at the price in force at the time of renewal.

It can be cancelled at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, from the parent area ("Manage my subscription") or by a simple email to hello@hopla6.be. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the year already paid for: access stays open until then and no pro-rata refund is due.

At least 15 days before each renewal we send an email stating the renewal date and how to stop it.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason and at no cost.

Because Hopla6 is a digital service that starts immediately, that right lapses as soon as access is opened, provided you expressly asked for this and acknowledged it. That is exactly what the tick box at checkout is for: by ticking it you ask for access to begin immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article VI.53, 13° of the Code of Economic Law).

If you would rather keep that right, do not pay: the Discovery plan stays free with no time limit.

As long as access has not been opened, withdrawal is exercised by an unambiguous statement to hello@hopla6.be, and the refund follows within 14 days.

7. Refunds

Beyond the right of withdrawal, we refund a duplicate payment, a billing error, or a prolonged unavailability of the service for which we are responsible.

A request on any other ground is considered in good faith: write to hello@hopla6.be and you will have an answer within 24 hours.

8. The service

Hopla6 is a practice tool. It does not guarantee an exam result and does not claim to predict one. Content is written against the official curricula; the exam dates shown are those published by the competent authorities and may change.

We do everything we can to keep the service available continuously, without being able to guarantee it: maintenance, a technical incident or a supplier's failure may interrupt it. A prolonged interruption is covered by point 7.

9. Personal data

What we hold about a child is limited to first name, avatar, track and results. No advertising, no third-party trackers, no sale of data. The detail is in the privacy policy on hopla6.be.

10. Customer service

Any question, complaint or cancellation: hello@hopla6.be. We answer within 24 hours, in French, Dutch or English.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are settled in one exchange. Failing that, you can go free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — consumerombudsman.be) or to the European online dispute resolution platform. The Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
